What if I receive a damaged item?We truly apologize if any Halo Accessory is ever received damaged. We guarantee an exchange of all accessories except earrings.

Does Halo Accessories accept Exchanges? Returns/Refunds?It is very important, to the Halo Accessories team, that you are satisfied with your purchase/s. Should you not be, will gladly exchange, return, and/or issue a refund (upon return of undesired merchandise; ensure items are in original condition, for full refund). Earrings are final sale and not eligible for exchange, return, nor refund. Sale items are exchangeable, returnable, and eligible for refund. Accessories must be in original condition to qualify. All Final Sale items are ineligible for exchange, return, and refund.

How long will my order take?All curated items take 7-14 business days to receive. Delivery of handcrafted accessories depends on the item size and design. Because we pride ourselves in the quality of our handcrafted product, it will take 1-3 days to make then, 7-14 business days for you to receive thereafter.

What if my order doesn't arrive?We are incredibly sorry for any lost orders. Contact Halo Accessories customer service via email so we can assist you in recovery of any and all missing goods.
